Still paying full price, 3 months into lockdown. Shocking

I have been a weigh-less member on and off for the last few years. I recently joined again and all was going well, until lockdown. I understand weigh-less cannot function as they would like, but I have been utterly shocked and disappointed how they have handled their clients during lockdown. They have not reduced our fees, they continue to make us pay full price for an sms a day and a WhatsApp group, which is not the programme weigh less advertises. Since adjustments have been made to the programme, members should not gave to continue to pay the full fees.

They have not even emailed us about it, the least they could do is offer a few months free after all of this. If lockdown had been 1 month I would understand but we are almost 4 months in. I am a student and struggle to pay the fees as it is, now with no job it's even harder.

You need to do more weigh-less, your support has been shocking.
