Broken Machine - Poor after service

<p>Hi , I have recently purchased a laser diode 808 nm hair removal machine from Weifang KM Electronics Co in Shan**** China. It was purchased in February 2016 and I only started using it in April -part time only. The machines handpeice has given up already . I tried out a new handpeice and it is working but the machine is now stuck on one setting only and I cannot alter the heat levels thus making it impossible for me to service clients.</p> <p>The company is giving me hassle and wont send me another part and refuse to pay for my repairs. My sister who bought the same machone has had the same problem. Kevin the sales guy keeps ssaying we will check with our technicians or I will chaeck with our finance department.</p> <p>The machine costed around R80.000 - this is no small change hence the big hoo haa and outburt! Please someone help me .</p>
