Worst geyser ever poor attitude

I called GE geysers today notifying them of my leaking geyser. I gave them the serial number G001060 purchased from Jimton Enterprises on 23 July 2011 and installed by 24 fix on the same day the lady that answered the called. Tells me the serial number is incorrect I checked and it's correct. She assured me someone would return my call no one did. The poor service from this company is unacceptable and I was warned that they don't uphold guarantees. Anyway I was caught with this geyser now replacing it with Kwikcot
