This company does not honor warranties. W.E. Geysers, Solartherm and Duratherm should not be recommended by any plumber ever.

Company fails to honor warranty alluding to all sorts of misconceptions about SABS regulations and city bylaws. They do not even inspect physically and base their void warranty report on a photograph. No explanation given and no report by a registered/certified plumber with a valid argument.

Do not buy duratherm geysers ever !
