Stuck with a Burst Geysers for an entire weekend!!!!

<p>Our geyser burst and when the plumbers came to inspect the geyser they saw that it was a WE Geyser and it was still under warranty. When they contacted WE Geysers they said they dont work on weekends so they will come and replave the geyser next week. In the meantime we have no hot water until next wek or sit with a geyser that overflows and waste water, which will cost us money!!!!! Surely they have an emergency service????? Clearly the geysers are of poor quality if it only lasts 2 years!! And then they couldn't be bothered to assist when the geyser burst!!</p> <p> </p>
