Solartherm Geyser 10 year warranty

Had a Solartherm 300l geyser installed 2 years ago. Two plumbing companies certified that installation correct. <br> Geyser burst and Solartherm refuse to honour their warranty due to too many tube collectors. <br> Bradley states that Solartherm will not honour their warranty if there is more than 24 - 25 tube collectors on a 300 litre solartherm geyser. <br> Thus no Solartherm geyser installed in South Africa will have a warranty as all installers put 32 -40 tube collectors on a 300 litre tank. Had 4 separate quotations to confirm this number. <br> Solar assist is the company who does the warranties for WE Geysers who manufacture solartherm geysers. They, Bradley , Sibanoyela refuse to put the reasons for not honouring the warranty in writing<br> I have had numerous communications with WE Geysers and Bradley from Solar assist and nobody can give my reason why so few tube collectors on a 300 litre tank.<br> The only deduction from my experience of Solartherm geysers is that these geysers do not last very long and that they try every trick in the book not to honour their so called 10 year warranty<br> If you have a 300 litre Solartherm geyser with more than 24-25 tube collectors , you don't have a warranty
