Refuse to honour guarantee

<p>My W.E. Geysers’ Duratherm geyser has burst while still under its 10-year guarantee, but they are refusing to replace it because the Cape Town company which manufactured it has gone into liquidation. But the guarantee was provided by W.E. Geysers and NOT the now defunct company, so W.E. Geysers must honour their own guarantee.</p>
