Not honouring a promise

<p>I had solar geysers installed on my 2 property a number years ago, where the company WE Geysers gave a 10 year guarantee on the units , The unit at my primary dwelling burst a week ago ,the age of the geyser is now 5 years. My attempts to have this matter resolved have been futile in that they are now imposing new requirements on the guarantee that was not required in the past and thus based on this now void the guarantee and claim according to them.</p> <p> </p> <p>My dispute argument:</p> <p> </p> <p>At my second dwelling( Holiday home) I had a similar failure ( also after 5 years) on this type of geyser in 2013, here in 2013 the company WE geysers replaced this geyser with no issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>My question to them was about this and have had no response. Furthermore the plumbing company that installed these geysers have indicated to me that there have been many complaints from other customers as to the same issue.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
