Lack of service

My solar geyser leaked and a plumber informed me that my two year old geyser was rusted through. As the product is under warranty I had to contact WE Geysers. I lodged the call the 10th and only after I followed up on the 11th a plumber was contacted by them for an inspection. It is 5 pm now on the 11th and no plumber has been here. We have been without hot water for a couple of days and these folks could care less.
