POOR SERVICE FROM WEG MAGAZINE

I am a subscriber to the WEG magazine and have not received the August 2019 issue. When I took it up with them they said that they do not have a copy to send me but I can obtain it from their WEG Shop. I feel they could get the copy from their shop and send it to me as they owe it to me. When I said that to them they changed their story and said that the sent me the August 2019 issue, I asked them fro proof of that but then the lady just hung up on me. Very unprofessional
