FRUADULANT FRONT

Absolute ****** - I cannot believe that I did not read the other reviews before using them! They are NOT technicians and are a ********** front to get into your home and swindle money from you. They modus operandi is always the same - the call is answered by a chap in his car and he sends two ***boys who have NO idea of what they are doing. The damaged my machine and it was worse afterwards. Then they over charged and the machine did not work at all afterwards. When I asked for them to return, they kept saying that they are around the corner and would be there in 5 minutes. The refund was promised and never came back. Its a front and a ***** of a business - DO NOT TOUCH!!
