Hi Peter, I would like to complain about Weelee dealership, I've experienced the worst service there, I enquired about a car I like and wanted to purchase via finance, and the application went through and the response came from one of the consultants, Lufuno, saying the car I wanted cannot be financed but there's a Kia Rio that's the same price as the one I wanted before, the car was R109 999. But after the finance was approved, the car was R139 999. He **** about the price. I requested that he cancel the contract and he said he will. Today when I was busy with another different dealer who has approved the car for me, they said I still have a contract with Weelee so they can't give me a contract. I tried calling Weelee the whole day, I was transfered more than 10 times, eventually when I talked to one of the rude ladies at Weelee, she said she's busy with a customer, I must wait. I was so furious, I screamed at her telling her to cancel the contract. I'm just glad I did not go into business with them. I still can't buy a car because of Weelee's nonsense service 😡😡😡😡😡
