Worst experience

We collection our vehicle on the 11th of July and I have been struggling since then to get the new license plates. I have been dealing with Deon my original salesman and for my first few enquiries he advised he will find out and he then just dont give me feedback, at this stage my messages and calls are being ignored with stil no feedback about when I will be getting the new number plates.
