WORST AFTER SALES EVER

Worst after sales service ever, if you consider using them, re think it, i bought my bakkie in November and since then i had issues, the DO NOT get back to you or phone you AT ALL, you have to keep on phoning only to hear "i will follow up" Johnathan was supposed to phone me numerous times to arrange for repiairs and tyres to be done on my bakkie and still NO CALL, if he treats all the customers like he treats me then he is doing great damage to Wheelee, this is unacceptable, paying R250K for a vehicle and then after they get their money, U MEAN NOTHING TO THEM, i told the salesman if i get good service i will support them, well due to the GREAT serevice i have recieved, i purchased 2 more vehicles from a different dealer, both vehicles also had small issues and both have been sorted within the 1st week of purchase, cant complain about wheele after service as there is NO AFTER SERVICE, if i could give a negative star rating i would give - 5 for after service and 5 stars for the salesman Sinclair, he is the only one with a sence of customer service, he sould be giving training and be head of aftersales
