Wheelee - statement not correct as advertised

Poor service or assistance if I can put it that way. Defiantly not keeping to their advertising. False advertising in my point of view - As advertised - "We buy cars with hundreds of pre-approved cash buyers looking for used cars for sale. You too can sell your car quickly & for the highest price on Weelee.co.za". Not the case. I went on their website to load my vehicle and they contacted me shortly after. The lady that I spoke to made me understand that they will not be able assist me in trying to expose my vehicle to the dealership as I am not willing to drop with my price. I wanted R395000 and the vehicle is listed for Retail in the M&M book for a value of +-R430000. The lady wanted to know if I was willing to drop to +- R365000. I said I couldn't as wanted to stay on R395000. Every dealership wants to negotiate and therefor I wanted to leave some room for that. She wanted to end the call due to that and I told her that there is still profit to be made with the dealerships. She put me then through to their supervisor and he basically told me that I will not get my price and proceeded to give me 50 reasons why. He sounded like a dealer instead of a person that wants to assist me in selling my vehicle. Point was clearly noted that Wheelee was not up for the task to assist me in exposing my vehicle to the dealerships as he had made up his mind that I will fail. The trade was R388000 as he pointed out for me - I was of the opinion that I can drop to R386000 and there will still be R40000 to R60000 profit for a dealership to be made on my vehicle. Now a days R40000 - R60000 is not enough money according to my understanding that Wheelee tried to explain to me for dealerships to be making on a Vehicle. Their statement is completely incorrect in their advertising and they are not willing to assist you in any means. Unless you are willing to sell your vehicle for MUCH less then what Trade is for it. For the highest price – No, I don’t think so. Just to ad on - Wheelee did state that they will go ahead if wanted them to but they just wanted to state the obvious. I declined the offer to go ahead as I already felt extremely negative after our conversation.
