Weelle bad service

i purchased a car with weelee , i was told that they would assist with the chnage of owenersheip and as well as provide me with a temporary permit but i havent been provided with that , i called multple times , i have been promised call back after call back on one occasssion i was told to send my location so thsat they can deliver it but still no one showed up , I knew the aftersales was bad but holy smokes its weelee horrible
