Weelee....Reelee???
I recently took my vehicle to Weelee to see if I could start working on a deal with them as I am ending my Debt Rescue Dec 2023 and wanting to trade my vehicle for something less heavier on fuel. After waiting around for a while whilst Mrs Moks was up and down, then looking at her laptop for about 15 minutes I eventually got to look a a Ford Fiesta that I was keen on. Not the cleanest car with crushed tins in the back and very dusty inside. Thereafter I went to get my car evaluated for a trade in. The gent who I dealt with thought he knew a lot about Subaru's but told me that my vehicle had hail slight damage (which I already told him about) taking picture after picture. Then after about 30 minutes told me his manager wasn't interested...just like that. Then after I left I got endless Whatsapp messages saying they needed pictures of my"awesome" Forester and that they tried to call me numerous times? REALLY!!!! Great first impression....NOT GOING BACK! I went across the road to We buy Cars and got an evaluation in 15 minutes without attitude.

I bought a vehicle 2 months ago from a Honda Dealership whereby they took my Subaru in as a trade and offered me a great deal....so yes, you should escalate the matter to actually be more customer friendly...and as Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman..." Big Mistake...Big!"
