Weelee the Worst Company by Far

My Wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Weelee car dealership and WOW we had no idea of the treatment and quality of service and standard of vehicle we would be getting. We purchased a vehicle and seeing there were some paint scratches and prior damages to the bumper front and rear. We viewed the car indoor so there is a lot that can be missed when viewing a car away from direct sunlight, with that being said. When getting calls and communication on financing offers we were offered a 15.5% or so in which since my Wife doesn’t like dealing with these things I had to step inn. Which we eventually reached a 13% interest rate finance agreement which was the one another lady not the original (IMF or however they are called) read to us. We then received the 1 key we were given for the vehicle and an empty petrol tank, we were given a R250 petrol voucher (keep in mind this vehicle is over 100k). So arriving at home I start noticing the wipers are broken and damaged, the back tyres are finished (they only changed the front tyres. I had asked them for a copy of the Dekra inspection report in which I still don’t have. Once we opened the e-mails to run over the contracts we noticed the interest rate was on 15% which was not our agreement so we contacted them and we received a screenshot of the e-mails we had just opened. So we patiently waited for a day to return for or license disk and copy of Dekra inspection papers which we were told would take 10 working days and that was not the case I can assure you. I went on some errands and naturally put on some hazards for a minute or two and the car couldn’t start anymore as the battery was flat. I had to call breakdown for a newly purchased vehicle. When we finally received communication to come collect the license disk we informed the sales guy of our problems and that we had to purchase new wiper and all he said was (eish sorry) without a care in the world cause they already have the money they wanted. We then asked to speak to the lady who was reading us the contract in hopes of getting that exact copy. At first when he spoke to he she walked right passed us. When they reached the office she looked at us the second time through the window and Decided her in-house meeting was more important than clients they already took money from so she directed the sales guy to tell us that she has a meeting and we should wait. So as irritated as we were and having our 6month old Baby with us we left. This is the worst treatment ever we have received from Weelee not that we can compare it to any other experience but the average consumer knows what common humanity looks like and what good customer service should be and non of these were shown to us at Weelee and so we are stuck with this vehicle that has a lot of issues and a high loan to repay while the people who have sold it to us have no care in the world
