My experience with this dealership was terrible. The sales person comes across a ******, (Frikkie). After a number of times asking him is the vehicle ready for collection with no issues , I fly up with my 6 months baby to collect.
The car has dents,scratches and wasn't even cleaned !!!
After they "sorted " the vehicle I found an overspray on the vehicle after driving it back to dbn. He still to date has not communicated with me.
Maybe I am not white enough for the respect and integrity after purchasing a R330 000 car
I have now engaged with an attorney and an ombudsman.

How is it that he is even employed with the service levels!!!
There is an over spray on my car after class that it was independently checked??
Attention to detail or a load of bull****?
So to date-
1. Got my " reg docs" 2 weeks into the 20 day licencing period
2. Vehicle was damaged- repaired then overspray
3. No feedback on overspray
4. No response as of this morning regarding COR and Yellow form to filled out by Weelee
5. The only person that was of standard was the finance lady - Sharnay
But I shall not worry, because this is being "escalated"
Consumers.. go to a regular dealer especially if you from out of town. You will end up spending money on this bull**** , after they rid the car.. the problem is yours
