Weelee registration fee *****

I purchased a car in August 2024. When signing my documents an amount of R6000 was loaded for vehicle lisencing and registration which is a normal addition to car purchasing. In September I contacted the dealership regarding my new number plates and they informed me that I will not be receiving new number plates and that the car is has been registered on my name with the same registration number. Fine, January came car lisence expired went to the lisencing department and they told me I cant renew my car lisence as the car is not registered. I have to get a road worthy test and re-register the vehicle. Contacted the dealership no feedback, transfered to numerous people indicating they will get back to me, no feedback, contacted MFC who financed the vehicle and even they are not receiving any feedback. So R6000 was taken from me and Im sitting with an unregistered vehicle.. I am very annoyed and will not refer anyone to weelee in my life.
