Weelee had review
I am writing this to warn other consumers about my experience with Wheelee Centurion. On 30 December 2026, I took delivery of a BMW WBA1R520507A99345 , only to discover it was in a ********ly unroadworthy state. The vehicle was delivered with missing wheel lug nuts/bolts—a life-threatening safety failure that should have been caught in any basic pre-delivery inspection. Furthermore, the car has documented cooling system failures. As survivors of a catastrophic accident, my family and I have a zero-tolerance policy for such negligence. Despite my clear legal election for a Full Refund under Section 56(2) of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Wheelee has been stalling. The current status: • The vehicle was collected via flatbed on Thursday evening , 5 February. • It is now Tuesday, 10 February, and management is still "assessing" a visible safety breach (missing bolts) while refusing to confirm the refund. • A formal dispute has been logged with WesBank, the National Consumer Commission (NCC ***/02/0114), and MIOSA. Wheelee, your silence and "procedural" delays are unacceptable. I am not interested in repairs to a vehicle that was sold in an ******* state. I require the immediate finalization of the finance cancellation and my deposit refund. Consumer Advice: Check your wheel bolts before driving away from this dealership. Please guys let’s double check everything before purchasing from Weelee as they have the worst after sales support
