Weelee, extremely bad follow up service after they created and offence on my name

I sold my car on 16 August 2023 to Weelee, They came to inspect and bought it on the spot. I received the money the same day. On the 17 August 2023 a fine was issued on my car that was sold, presumably driven by one of the consultants. I have send them foto's of where the the offence was but I have been battling since I received the fine for them to pay it. Currently I cannot take out my license on my new car and incurring monthly penalties. I have contacted them numerous times and they keep promising they will pay the fine, but what about my penalties that I need to pay. Also I had to follow up on removing the car from my name. Very bad service and experience!!! I will not recommend dealing with Weelee at all. There follow up Service is up to ****!!!!!.

They only deliver empty promises!!!!!!!!

Eager to buy your car, but definitely not eager to deliver on follow up queries.
