Weelee centurion.

It’s such a shame to write this in what should have been a happy occasion. I bought a car from weelee centurion. I liked my salesperson she, if out of the weelee store I think would be someone I would get along with. But it’s clearly the whole company policy from the top down to milk the customers for as much as they can, trick the customer, tell them yes to anything and be *********. I feel sorry for anyone who has moral values and has to work there. Firstly they didn’t know what model of car they were selling me despite me saying on the test drive what model it was. It caused massive issues with the insurance which had to be changed x3 just to ensure coverage, especially with a finance agreement, never mind 5-6 hours of phone calls whilst I was at work to sort it out. This meant the contract needed to be re-done 4/5 times. I already had the car before the last contract signing, I took the key to bmw mini and had them scan it. No issues but as the car was sold “under motorplan” by weelee with bmw/mini they (bmw/mini) informed me that my name would need to be transferred by weelee or I would end up paying 2K for that. I rang weelee the next working day and was told that would all be done with the registration. Roll forward to 2 weeks later and it’s still not done so I ring weelee and ask when it will be done as it will mean I incur extra costs, to be told (now the contract is all signed) they don’t do that, the customer has to pay for transfer of motorplan. When the car was sold I was told it is “mandatory” to take out their motor plan at weelee, I rang the finance loan company who doesn’t know anything about this “mandatory” requirement. They graphene coated the car, which I didn’t ask for. It was done before I signed the papers and I was told it was all included in the cost, imagine my surprise to find out they are going to direct debit my bank account for this, in one go. Hope you enjoy your money weelee, remember money is the root of all evil. Treat your customers like this they won’t come back again ever. My husband works for a company that needs to buy vehicles for transportation, watching what they have done to me has put him off ever going there whereas before he would have considered it. This customer service that you gave me is what will spread around when you try to do one over on your customers if this is your company policy. I would suggest to anyone dealing with them, please record every-single-conversation so they can’t back track and try to make out like what was said and promised, was not said. Get everything in writing if a “mandatory requirement”.

And I don’t want you to contact me to say sorry. Sorry is completely worthless when compared to the actions by the finance department at weelee. Labile with the truth is more like it.
I could have questioned the cost of the car or pulled out as you thought it was a jcw and it was a sport with jcw accessories and I did not. The only thing you could do to make it right is to actually do what you promised in the first place with the manufacturer motorplan name transfer. I will be cancelling the “mandatory” motorplan that comes from weelee as it is not mandatory at all according to the finance company and states in the booklet you receive (only once you sign the contract) that when a car manufacturer motorplan is in place that it is completely worthless anyway.

Thank you. I hope you do. As it is unfair and *****ulent to sell a motorplan and state it is mandatory, and it is not.

It would be nice to know the results of this “internal review “.
I honestly believe these are just words to pacify your customers. Words are worthless in comparison to actions.
