Weelee ARE TERRIBLE with Aftersales and car inspections

I bought a Mahindra Karoo 2.2D last year September. The clutch has completely given up and I have had it fixed but was told that this is years of wear and should have been picked up on inspection as the gear lever was shuddering considerably and there was a shudder on the steering wheel which has now disappeared. I am a single woman and rely on the advice and honesty from places like weelee. The cost was R40000 and the warranty I was sold only covered R9000 which would be for a small car not a 4x4. I have called and called no one will speak to me for n the phone. I have on driven the car for 7000kms in the year and the clutch should not have gone if the inspections were done correctly. Also the went through Decro but had a seatbelt that was completely severed how does that work. My dealings with Weelee have been absolutely terrible. I would not recommend them unless you get the car inspected yourself.

Weelee are so bad at getting back to you. I have phoned on days they have said I would get answers and the day after and no answer and no answer from the after sales manager. Weelee have left me in a financial desperate situation as I need my car and am now literally begging them to pay attention and realise that they have created a huge problem by not inspecting cars thoroughly. Do not use Weelee unless you take the car for a full inspection. The stress they have causing does not seem to concern them, as a single woman who is trying to make a living is not ok.
