We did an online request late yesterday afternoon. Within 30 minutes we were contacted with a time for a meeting to see the car this morning. It included the name and all the necessary details of the person coming to see us. He arrived early, was very professional and explained everything clearly. We agreed on a price. The total was deposited into my account within half an hour. After I had proof of this, they took my car immediately. All paperwork was signed and sorted out immediately.
