It was an easy process on Weelee it. The only part that irritated me was the fact that I had to drive around to get last minute documents that weren't originally stated as a requirement. When I got to the dealership, they basically indirectly accused me of not having all my services done (but BMW confirmed they don't use service books anymore and all services are logged on the dashboard). My car had some history stamped in service book and then the rest on dashboard, but because not everything was in the service book, they made me drive to BMW to pull a service record in case I was lying about my service history. If they had listed it as a required document, I would have gotten everything ready on the day. Instead, what should have taken less than an hour took me 3 hours. And unexpected driving around.
