Waleed Hardien and Weelee

I sold a car on weelee to Waleed Hardien on the 29th of may. Since then have received 2 fines 3 months later one for R1000 and another a week after that for R1200. He keeps promising that the car has been taken off my wife's name and he keeps saying he will pay them and send proof but then he doesnt send anything. I sent an enquiry to Weelee who then contacted him to tell him that i contacted them but Weelee never bothered responding to me. Once he found out that I had enquired by Weelee he stopped responding completely.
