Vehicle Warranty paid for but not reflecting on the system
Hi Weelee, I purchased a BMW X3 on the 1st of June 2023 where I asked to add an 24 month pre-owned motormend warranty through innovation group. On the 1st of September Weelee send me the signed conformation of the motor warranty. (just in context 3 months later).
I phoned innovation group today 30 Oct 2024 to find out if the policy is still active. They then said they can't pick it up on the system using my ID, the Vehicle VIN or even the Policy number.
So now I'm am trying to get hold of the persons who assisted me with the Warranty at the time to give me some clarity on why is it not reflecting on Innovation group system. there is absolutely no answer to there phone or whatsapp or email.
I want to know what did I pay for then? as it clearly show on my contract.
