Unprofessional & *****sters

Traded my vehicle at Weelee Kempton 19 June and took ownership of a new vehicle. The day of pickup additional damages made to the car (Fuel Cap was damaged),the sales person that assisted with this transaction was very surprised,I would have thought inspections would be the norm before handing over a vehicle to their customer, they did the effort to put a "Strik" on the bonnet, but not notice damages made by them on the vehicle. They informed me that they will do the repairs and that I needed to bring in the car for 2 days, I agreed but later declined because of the hassle/effort required. During the week I was also informed that my traded in vehicle was sold already. By the 26th of June I noticed that the vehicle that I traded in was still on my Bank VAF, therefore not settled with the Bank. I contacted Weelie and from the responses they neglected to settle my vehicle and only processed payment on the 26th. I had numerous calls and exchanges with various people, demanding that they correct this before my Bank debits my account for a vehicle I don't own, and Weelee already sold and received money for.By the 29th of June my Bank service provider informed me that they will be debiting my account for the vehicle (Around R 10 000), I demanded to speak to someone in charge. Weelee Finance Director contacted me, and throughout the call tried to undermine me on various topics such as "it's standard industry practice for them to not settle a vehicle at the day of trade or shortly after", WBC do this same day payment and settlement. He also said that they cannot credit me the amount cause they do not "trust" me to pay back whenever and if my bank credits the debit order. Now awaiting their feedback on this.
