Unprofessional service
One of my friends bought from them. The response was always slow, Natis took over a month, then the vehicle started showing faults. After lot of efforts they did shoddy repairs but claimed insurance. Now he is paying extra premium for the claim he was not even informed. The car still has same issue. He always regret buying this car.
