Unprofessional conduct

complaint about how about how unprofessional Julias mabaso was to me.he came to check the car for the evaluation and told me he is waiting for office people to give him the price. Subsequently told.me that he had to leave as he has another client to see and he will call me after an hour....after 4 hours I called just to check on what's going on , he told me he is WI the client he will call after 15minutes , after 2 hours I called he no longer answer my phone...this to me is really unprofessional. If the car is nolonger ŵhat he needed, the courtesy of telling me as opposed to what he did. This was unnecessary, unprofessional considering I had open my home to him yet I'm treated this way, I'm not sure whether this represents the ethos, values of your company. You can do better by treating people with bit of professionalism ..matome
