I have sold my two cars so far...very good communication from Weelee and great management of the process, plus I did manage to sell it for more than I was able to get from dealers directly.

16 Aug 2022, 13:05Unfortunately the service has gone from hero to zero. The customer services team almost doesn't care for the business anymore. Perhaps you guys grew so much that you don't care about customers anymore? I, for one, really enjoyed the platform and the process but I think something is broken in your customer service who's either too busy or doesn't bother about the business anymore.
