Terrible service
Unprofessional and a lack of respect for customers' time. Booked an appointment days in advance, but consultant got the time wrong and then cancelled the appointment at the last minute with no remorse, and did not offer to reschedule. This shows a total disregard for people's time, as I had rescheduled my entire day to accomodate.
