Terrible service

A while ago I have send my vehicle details to be put up on their website. The "expert consultant" called be and forced me to accept a certain offer or he will not put the vehicle up. Obviously I declined and decided not to do business with them again. 2 years later I decided to give them another chance. Twice now, they simply didnt put my vehicle up. All the details I have completed and photos send it....just gone. Not even saying "pending". If ever I had doubts about their service level, I now know exactly how bad it is. Seeing that there is no option to delete your profile, I have requested them to remove it. Still, the profile is active.
