Terrible after sales team
We have experienced the most atrocious service from the after-sales department, which is incredibly disappointing because our salesperson, Dean, was absolutely amazing.
We picked up the car on the 8th and had it for only one week before needing to return it due to a failed clutch and stability issues. We were given the contact number for Jonathan from after-sales, but he never answers his phone. We eventually had to drive to the warehouse just to set up an appointment for them to look at the car. After dropping it off, we received no feedback and had to repeatedly call, practically forcing the receptionists to provide updates because we could never get through to anyone from after-sales.
Last Friday, Jonathan told us he was waiting for authorization from the warranty company to proceed with the repairs. When I called on Monday, he said he was still waiting. I then contacted the warranty company yesterday and spoke to John, who informed me that they had not received any claims for our car, meaning we were **** to. John promised to reach out to the dealership to find out what was going on and get back to me today, which he did. He told me he was just waiting for feedback from them and would authorize the claim as soon as they sent the necessary documents.
I went to the warehouse today to ensure the required documents were submitted to Mototech. I spoke with the most condescending and undermining manager from after-sales, who essentially told me that they are in the business of selling cars, not fixing them. He showed no accountability, providing excuses and reasons for everything. He concluded by telling me that the warranty company had approved the repairs, but he still needed to authorize the shortfall, making it sound as if he will be doing us a favor despite us having the car for only one week. Absolutely ridiculous.
My problem is only being resolved because of John from Mototech. The after-sales team is truly useless and just a rude bunch.
