Superb Service

I would like to compliment your agent Ambrose Ferreira, even though the bid that came back was below what I was looking for compared to that of the dealership where I was trading my car in, he still went out of his way to get me a better price.

I was really surprised that he managed to push to get me a further R15k on the initial offer. Unfortunately the dealer had already made it part of the sale and for ease of sale I decided to go with the dealer I was buying my new car from.

I really did want to give the sale to Ambrose as I feel he went above and beyond to fight for the best price for me.
