SALES CENTURION
My Car Purchase @ Weelee was a ****. I purchased a vehicle cash, in April 2025. Weelee promised to fix some faults on the car it took them 3 months to get the car fixed completely. I do not recommend anyone to buy from them. Please look for another Dealership. Because they received the full payment upfront and needed get space in their warehouse they delivered the car to me without the repairs done. the sales dept. as a whole (the sales rep and the sales manager) have not been helpful, after receiving the full payment they have just been given me stories and shifting blames. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

04 Aug 2025, 18:48I feel ****med. Aside the repairs I was billed by Weelee for registering a Renault Clio at ZAR 5000. After 4 months Weelee is asking me to register the vehicle myself.
Icing on the cake I was handed two car keys without disclosure that only one of them was functioning. When I realized this and complained complained, the sales rep and manager informed me that I must fix it myself.
Again I will not recommend this dealer. I am so disappointed. 🤬🤬🤬

06 Aug 2025, 15:42Weelee Team it is not just enough to reply to reviews and not get customers concerns resolved. You don’t charge me for licensing my vehicle and 4 months on you are doing nothing about it. The most annoying part is when Calls and messages are not answered.
