Rude sales agent

the conduct of one of your sales agent i interacted with today Lufuno using number *** was unprofessional. during our communication i found the agent's tone and responses to be dismissive and rude. as a potential client, i expected clear and respectful communication particularly when requesting information and assistance. this experience was disappointing and does not reflect the level of service i would expect form your organisation.

i have kept records of the conversation for further review though he has deleted some of them after i have told him i am reporting this. he rudely share Leanca's numbers and claimed its his manager and he has already spoken to her and i can go ahead and do as i please. so you know this interaction has affected my decision to proceed with your services.
