Rip-off
I used Weelee to sell my 2004 Peugeot Partner last week, their auction resulted in a "best offer" of R33600. On arrival at the dealer on Friday 19th July (having driven some 60+ kilometres in 2 cars) they proceeded to inspect the car and, having identified the defects (to be expected in a 20 year old car) proceeded to knock the offer down to R25000. Today (22 July) I see that the dealer, Rifle Range Car Sales, is advertising it for R89900. Given the short intervening period it is obvious that no rectifications have been made. I understand the need for the dealer to make a profit, but this mark-up shows pure greed and there was no need to reduce the original offer made through your service. If this is the standard of your network dealers I would never use or recommend Weelee again.
We're so sorry this has been your experience. We can assure you this is not the level of service we aim to provide and your concerns are not taken lightly. We have escalated the matter internally and will be in touch with you to ensure your complaint is taken on board going forward.
