Purchased defective vehicle

WARNING: Defective 2014 VW CC Sold with Omitted DEKRA Report I am writing this to warn other consumers looking to buy a used vehicle from Weelee. I purchased a 2014 VW CC 2.0L TDI BlueMotion from them, only to discover serious mechanical/electrical defects that were completely left off the DEKRA Condition Certificate they provided. Despite Weelee's own Terms and Conditions (Clause 2.7) stating that a DEKRA report does not excuse or limit their CPA Section 55 and 56 obligations, their after-sales response has been completely unacceptable. Selling an unsafe, defective vehicle and hiding behind an inaccurate DEKRA report is a direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act's implied warranty. Be exceptionally careful when buying from this dealership—inspect the car independently before signing anything, as their internal after-sales support fails to protect the buyer once the sale goes through.
