No papers after buying vehicle, salesman not responsive

We bought a vehicle early 01 March 2024 and listen, Jaden promised us heaven and earth when we did. We went through the transaction w/o a hassle. Unfortunately, because we had to import the vehicle to Eswatini, we needed all the paperwork for tax, clearance, etc. purposes. Jaden had committed to getting all our paperwork done by the 15th of March, it's the 19th today and he has not bothered a single bit to update us. We now have a vehicle that cannot be driven anywhere with the necessary paperwork and to say this is frustrating would be an understatement. All we need are the vehicle papers, we don't get this level of dishonesty and poor communication.
