Never again

I will never deal with Weelee again. Do not expect that the auction price is the price that you are going to get. The winning bidder WILL give you reasons as to why the price has to come down (repairs and refurbishments that they will need to make to get the vehicle to a showroom level). This is not communicated to you from the onset despite all the info I provided being accurate. Secondly, once you sign over the vehicle to the bidder, the communication stops both from Weelee and the buyer. Despite being promised payment in 3 days, I waited 16 days, and Weelee and the buyer avoided my calls for a solid 9 days. The Weelee receptionist had various excuses for 9 days as to why Roland is not available. The buyer (CIT in Hatfield) took my call on day 1 and promised to find out when I would be paid and call me back. Calls to CIT went unanswered every day after that. As a result the replacement vehicle I wanted to buy was sold to someone else because I could not tell the dealer when I would be able to buy the vehicle.

Hello Oliver,  First off, thanks for sharing your feedback. We are really sorry that your Weelee experience didn’t meet your expectations. Clearly, we fell short, and we sincerely apologise.

In the future, we will make sure that the situation doesn’t happen again. The last thing we want to do is let our customers down, and moving forward, we’re going to do everything in our power to hold ourselves to that standard.  Again, we’re sorry we dropped the ball this time, but we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance. Feel free to reach out to us anytime and we’ll see to it that you get what you need this time.  All the best,
