Licnese disc and service book

I purchased a vehicle from weelee a service that started well turned into a nighmare. I have been waiting for mu license disc and service for weeks now whenever I call I have to reintroduce my issue. Nic and Jonathan are hard to reach and when you do they never provide promised feedback.

Whats worse I cant drive the car because the permit expired
