Licensing Mess from Weelee - Make sure you are not caught out as well.

We bought a car from Weelee in their old Kempton Park site before the moved to the new site in Centurion in July, 2023. Corné was the sales person who assisted us. We now needed to renew the license of the vehicle (a year later) and was informed by the authorities that the roadworthy on the vehicle was outstanding and that they could not renew the license. The registration was handled by Weelee and we received a ''valid'' license disk to display on the car but this seems to have been a disk in the name of the dealer, not in our name. The vehicle was financed so in principal Weelee did not act in good faith with the finance house either as effectively they (Weelee) have received their money but have not properly transferred ownership of the vehicle as it should have been done. Truly not what we expected from them.
