I've been in the customer service industry all my life. Putting your customer in the center of the whole transaction and letting the client experience top-notch service is a gift. This I can say with absolutely no doubt about Frikkie Gouws, salesperson at Weelee Centurion. I bought a vehicle a year ago from Webuycars and was totally disappointed by the service. In actual fact, there was no service. They can learn from Weelee and specifically Frikkie Gouws. Right from the start to delivery, we truly felt that we were the only clients there. Throughout the whole transaction, Frikkie kept us posted and also Daniel one of their FNI people. Frikkie and Daniel made it easy. I'll be in the marked again, and Weelee will for sure see me again.
