I'm still waiting for my call back.

When buying my car with Nick as the Salesman at Weelee Centurion, I had a great experience last year June. But after experiencing issues with my car, I went to the branch this past Saturday to report the issue and find out the next steps. The salesman said we would be contacted in 24 to 48 hours.

It's Wednesday evening and I have yet to be contacted by anyone associated with the company. I thought I should give them the benefit of the doubt and called the salesman (Vincent) that we logged the ticket with on Monday evening and he assured us that someone would be calling me.

I then decided to call the branch this morning (Wednesday) following up. The person on the other end of the phone said that they would call me back to assist as I advised them of my worry and frustration over my vehicle. And I have not been called back by said person.

As a salesperson myself I feel I have already provided many chances for you to prove to me that this matter would be handled effectively and efficiently. I use my vehicle for work and so the delay in action and assistance will affect me greatly of which I feel Weelee does not care about. If this is the aftersales service, I dont understand how a company like this can still be in business.

You don't need to care about my specific personal circumstances, you should care about your reputation when your sales people and staff all repeat the same thing "Someone will call you" or "I will call you back" and there is no follow through at all.

Overall a good experience has been poisoned because the no one from this company seems to want to assist existing customers. It seems that they would rather sell more vehicles and leave their clients hanging when things go wrong.

In conclusion, I would like to ask what you expect a person to do once the car you have supp**** actually reaches the point where it stops functioning and the attempts to ask for assistance go unheard. I'm not sure what I will do once my car reaches that point but if this carries on any longer I will be returning to the branch to deal with this matter in person. No one should have to be treated in this way.

This is very poor of a company I thought was different.

Hi Shannon, Thank you for sharing your experience. It’s concerning to hear about the lack of follow-up regarding your vehicle issue. We apologise for the frustration this has caused you. We have escalated the matter and will respond accordingly. The Weelee Team
