I must say with my previous experience at a megastore ,I really did not have faith, but was I not AMAZED by this gentleman. Frikkie understood my needs and made sure that all options he gave me and husband were the right ones. He gave me all pro’s and cons especially being a 1st time buyer he made sure that every decision I took was an informative one. He let me browse the wide selection of vehicles they had on offer and when I did eventually decide on the car I wanted, he took his time to go through the finance process and made sure that all was well and bank approved. When I came to collect the car he made sure that the process was as smooth as possible. His personal touch to my experience has left an undying mark in my head and heart.
