I bought a car and it gave issues the next day

I bought a car and it gave issues the next day. I called the dealer and the car was collected 2 days later. When i had to pick up the car i asked for a report which i never received. The car continued to give same issues until i had to fix it myself. I informed the sales guy and he said customer care will contact me of which they havent. I am very disappointed with the service recieved.
