HORRIBLE SERVICE

Their advertising is massive and very convincing hence I opted to give them a try...their actual service is something beyond shocking. Agent made contact, he asked for pics which were sent, then asked again...sent again...then asked for another set of pics...sent again and then no further contact from him. His supervisor then intervened to clean up his mess. This has been an absolute shocking experience, I should have rather stuck with the "other company" that gave such magnificent service in my dealings with them in the past. This has been an absolute freaking waste of time!
