Great Platform but average customer service

The Weelee Platform is great and I managed to get the best price for my car compared to their competitors and selling it privately. The customer service from weelee was not that good though, they started out calling me every day and making sure the dealership was assisting me , however once they got paid by the dealership they didn't contact me again to see if I had received my money. They assured me I would get paid by the dealership on the Monday and they would call me to verify but I never heard anything from them again. I then had to follow up with the dealership myself until I was paid which was 3 days later. The dealership I dealt with was very helpful though and I would trust them again.
